Festivities at Fortier Park and Esplanade

Swirl Wines on Ponce de Leon Street is a proud sponsor of this year’s Crescent City Classic, and is asking for your help in making our neighborhood THE place to watch the CCC! There will be great music by a local DJ, free Bellini’s, Rossini’s and iced tea for the spectators and the best water stop on the route for the runners. And to make things even more fun, Swirl Wines owner Beth Ribblett has been chosen as the official race starter who will ready the 15,000 runners and fire the gun to start the race! We’ll be setting up on both sides of Esplanade by the Fortier Park and Canseco’s Market for the event starting around 8am with the front runners flying by around 8:45!
